La Cucaracha ( Character Design - Commission )

Juanita Rosales ( a.k.a La Cucaracha ) was a billionaire philanthropist who operated many successful charities across the western world. But within the shadows of the underworld she was the leader and queen of the Black Caiman Cartel. Seemingly invincible and unkillable, la Cucaracha is always one step ahead of those who made attempts on her empire as if she had eyes and ears everywhere.
She is Able to communicate with and even control arthropods such as insects (namely cockroaches) which she uses to spy on her enemies and stay one step ahead of them.
Often uses poisonous insects as a means to assassinate her enemies and is the leader of the Black Caiman Cartel, the most powerful Drug Cartel in the Western World.
La Cucaracha will be appearing on ToonMan: The Animated Ace comic on future issues.
