Pep-Rally ( Character Design - Commission )

Brittany Peterson ( a.k.a Pep-Rally ) was a professional cheerleader who had been trapped in an extremely toxic and abusive relationship with a very well known chef celebrity. She is a total wacko superfan and stalker who believes herself to be in love with Toonman and that he loves her, and is obsessed with proving her love for Toonman.
Pep-Rally is able to split her essence in a form of mitosis that allows her to create duplicates of herself. Combined with her years of athleticism and gymnastics this effectively makes her a one-woman ninja army.
She has enhanced strength, speed, and agility.
