Material Girl ( Character design - Commission )

Toon version of Material Girl, created by @nrgcomics and designed by me for the super villain Bombastics team that will make their appearance on future ToonMan: The Animated Ace comic books.
She is able to absorb the properties of any form of matter she touches, this includes solids (such metal, wood and stone), liquids, and even elemental forces and energy. When she takes on the properties, she takes on their weaknesses as well.
Material Girl is the most selfish and greedy member of the Bombastics team, separating her from Simon's rather murderous monstrous goals. Her character and design is also influenced by a lot of iconic female villains from cartoons like Shego, Livewire, Ember McClain and Kree Lincoln just to name a few.
