Power Frame ( Commission - Character Design )

Power-frame Harness creates a solid, hard-energy avatar around Phineas ( guy inside ) that offers him unstoppable strength and invulnerability, especially when he builds up momentum.

He still fits good within Slamazon's rogues gallery theme of fighters and strong people for her to fight ( NRG Universe ) in this case however Power-Frame is someone weak who gains strength through technology and science, but underneath it all he's still a weak man compensating.
