Rapunsel ( Commission - Character Design )
Rapunsel is a villain who drains the physical strength and stamina of someone just by touching them, leaving someone who would be normally super strong physically weak.
She is able to syphon and absorb the physical strength, stamina and energy of anyone she touches. This energy is stored within her hair which grows with the more energy Rapunzel absorbs.
As Rapunzel’s hair gets longer, it becomes slightly stronger, and she has learned to use it as a makeshift lasso-weapon against her enemies.
