The Nuclear Option ( Character Design - Commission )
The Nuclear Option is a being of pure radiation, is pure toxic to anyone within his presence, able to harness and channel nuclear radiation of various kinds for different means such as superhuman strength, charged blasts, and melting. He is too broken and angry and all he sees now is the time he had lost/wasted and what little time he has left. And this ultimately causes him to lash out those he loves in the worse way, and try to make one final mark on his life by accomplishing what some would think is impossible; in this case killing Toonman ( NRG Universe* )
